TITLE: procurement assistant
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent
Hourly Pay: $25-$27 (probation period 3 months: $24/hr)
LOCATION: Santa Clara, CA
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8:00~17:00
Working Style: Hybrid (Mon-Thu working in office, Fri working at home)

Responsibility:
RFQ’s preparation and issuance
Purchase Order Processing and Expediting
Shipping and Transportation support
Shipping Support and Documentation preparation
Communication with our Japan Office may be required but not mandatory (Japanese bilingual preferred)
Requirement:
Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
No specific system experience required; training will be provided.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Able to adapt quickly to changing tasks and priorities.
Proactive, communicative, and willing to ask questions and learn new things.
Procurement or purchasing support experience is a plus.
Experience with shipping documentation is preferred.
