Mon-Fri 7:30-16:00 (30 min lunch)

Position: Shipping and Receiving Clerk – Japanese Bilingual (TEMP to HIRE)

Location: Suwanee, GA

Pay: $23.50~$24.50/hr

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (30-minute lunch break)

Key Responsibilities

Prepare documents

Customer service

Keep up with delivery updates from suppliers, checking shipping status online, in emails, or by phone communications

Arrange incoming/outgoing shipments, and communicate with freight forwarder

Communicate with customers

Check customer portal for order status  

Communicate closely with sales and warehouse

Requirements:

Must be bilingual in Japanese and English.

Previous related experience
