JOB SUMMARY

Inside Sales

We are seeking an Inside Sales team member to support our existing customers in the semiconductor equipment industry. This position is based in Fremont, CA and is responsible for customer communication, order processing, quotations, delivery follow-up, and sales support.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email

• Prepare quotations and process purchase orders

• Enter and manage sales orders in internal systems

• Confirm delivery schedules and provide timely updates to customers

• Monitor shipment status and assist with invoice-related matters

• Support the outside sales team with customer follow-up and administrative tasks

• Maintain accurate customer and order information in ERP systems

• Coordinate with internal departments, overseas offices, and Japan headquarters as needed

Qualifications

• Experience in Inside Sales, Customer Service, or Sales Support

• Strong communication and follow-up skills

• Ability to handle detailed administrative work accurately and efficiently

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Customer Service, or a related role

• Experience in manufacturing, component products, B2B business, or the semiconductor industry

• Experience using ERP, CRM, or Salesforce systems

• Basic knowledge of logistics, import/export, or Incoterms
