A Japanese real estate investment firm is seeking an Office Administrative & AP Coordinator to support daily office operations in its New York office.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a small, collaborative environment and is comfortable handling a variety of administrative, office support, and accounts payable-related tasks.

Title Office Administrator

Location: New York NY ONSITE

Salary: $60k – 70k (DOE)

Responsibilities

• Manage office operations, supplies, vendors, and administrative support

• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and business traveler support

• Process invoices, maintain records, and support AP operations

• Prepare reports and communicate with overseas headquarters

• Support various ad hoc office, HR, and operational tasks as needed

Qualifications

• 4+ years of administrative and/or AP experience

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Japanese corporate environment experience preferred

• Flexible, proactive, and team-oriented personality
