A Japanese company is seeking a self-sufficient IT Support Specialist with 3–5 years of experience to provide day-to-day technical support in a fast-paced business environment. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, and user issues
Manage help desk tickets, user accounts, and access permissions
Configure and maintain workstations, printers, and peripherals
Perform software installations, updates, and troubleshooting
Maintain IT inventory, documentation, and asset records
Assist with data entry and administrative support tasks as needed
Qualifications
3–5 years of hands-on IT support experience required
Degree or coursework in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
Experience with Active Directory or Microsoft Server environments preferred
Exposure to Google Workspace or Salesforce is a plus
Prior help desk or office administrative support experience preferred
