AR Specialist

IMMEDIATE OPENING

Full-time Temporary base Accounts Receivable position is availble in COSTA MESA, CA

Work Hours: M-F 8:30-17:30 (1 hour non-paid break)

Work Style: Hybrid (2 days-office) *Required training at the office for first 1-2 weeks

Work Location: Costa Mesa, CA

Duration of assignment : about 2 months till end of June (may be extend)

Pay: $25/hour

Job Responsibilities:

• Process daily cash receipts and applications including payments, adjustments, and rejections accurately in a timely manner
• Reconcile customer AR balances
• Investigate, research, and work with other departments to resolve AR discrepancies as needed
• Provide excellent customer service at all times- answer customer inquiries
• Support Collections and Sales
• Assist with month end close
• Ensure records are accurate and current
• Assist with departmental coverage as needed
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned
