This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for ensuring that piping, electrical, instrumentation, and controls (EIC) installations meet the highest industry standards while driving quality performance from project kickoff through commissioning.<\/p>\n<p>If you&#039;re passionate about building world-class facilities, enjoy leading multidisciplinary teams, and thrive in fast-paced, technically challenging environments, we&#039;d love to hear from you.<\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2>What You&#039;ll Do<\/h2>\n<h3>Lead Project Quality<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Direct all QA\/QC activities across piping, electrical, instrumentation, and controls (EIC) disciplines.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement project-specific Quality Management Plans (QMPs) and Inspection &amp; Test Plans (ITPs).<\/li>\n<li>Establish quality processes that promote Right-First-Time execution throughout construction.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Ensure Technical Excellence<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee inspections and testing for high-purity process piping, UPW, specialty gas, chemical distribution systems, electrical installations, and instrumentation.<\/li>\n<li>Verify installation quality for stainless steel, PVDF, and polypropylene piping systems.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with ASME B31.3, SEMI standards, NEC, client specifications, and project requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Drive Documentation &amp; Compliance<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Review and approve QA\/QC documentation including:\n<ul>\n<li>P&amp;IDs and isometric drawings<\/li>\n<li>Electrical and instrumentation drawings<\/li>\n<li>Weld maps<\/li>\n<li>Loop check documentation<\/li>\n<li>Test packages<\/li>\n<li>Turnover and commissioning documentation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate NDE\/NDT activities and manage system turnover documentation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Manage Quality Performance<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead investigations of non-conformance reports (NCRs), corrective actions, and root cause analysis.<\/li>\n<li>Develop QA\/QC dashboards and monitor key quality metrics including:\n<ul>\n<li>Inspection completion<\/li>\n<li>First-pass yield<\/li>\n<li>Rework trends<\/li>\n<li>NCR closure rates<\/li>\n<li>Punch list reduction<\/li>\n<li>Subcontractor performance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Collaborate Across Project Teams<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Partner with engineering, construction, commissioning, and client teams to ensure consistent quality execution.<\/li>\n<li>Audit subcontractor QA\/QC programs and monitor ongoing compliance.<\/li>\n<li>Lead quality meetings, document action items, and present quality performance updates to project leadership.<\/li>\n<li>Support pre-commissioning, system walkdowns, and project closeout activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>What You&#039;ll Bring<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#039;s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)<\/li>\n<li>at least 3+ years of construction QA\/QC experience, including significant piping systems experience<\/li>\n<li>3+ years supporting semiconductor, cleanroom, or other high-tech manufacturing projects<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on knowledge of stainless steel, PVDF, and polypropylene piping systems<\/li>\n<li>Experience with high-purity process piping and cleanroom construction<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of QA\/QC documentation, inspections, turnover packages, and commissioning support<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with electrical, instrumentation, and control system installations<\/li>\n<li>Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preferred Qualifications<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>ASQ Certified Quality Manager (CQM)<\/li>\n<li>AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI)<\/li>\n<li>Experience supporting large semiconductor fabrication (Fab) projects<\/li>\n<li>Experience leading multidisciplinary QA\/QC teams<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of IR fusion welding and other plastic piping joining methods<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Why Join Us?<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Work on cutting-edge semiconductor manufacturing facilities<\/li>\n<li>Lead high-impact quality initiatives on complex, technically advanced projects<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with industry-leading engineering and construction professionals<\/li>\n<li>Influence project success from construction through commissioning<\/li>\n<li>Competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and strong opportunities for career advancement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Ideal Background<\/h3>\n<p>We&#039;re looking for a quality leader who combines strong technical expertise with exceptional leadership skills.
