  • Base Salary:<\/strong> $50-75K (DOE)<\/li>\n

  • Other:<\/strong> Training in Japan for 1 year before expat assignment <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Summary<\/h2>\n

    This position will lead the growth of the company's U.S. business by expanding sales channels and developing new customer relationships. You will serve as a hands-on leader, driving business development while managing the local operation.<\/p>\n

    • Develop new customers and sales channels<\/li>\n
    • Build and execute U.S. sales strategies<\/li>\n
    • Lead customer negotiations and product launches<\/li>\n
    • Conduct market and competitor research<\/li>\n
    • Manage sales performance and the U.S. business<\/li>\n
    • Lead and develop the local team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Qualifications<\/h2>\n

      Required<\/strong><\/p>\n

      • Proven experience in new business development (hunter sales)<\/li>\n
      • Business-level Japanese and English<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Preferred<\/strong><\/p>\n

        • Food, beverage, consumer goods industry experience<\/li>\n
