Customer Service Representative (Part-Time)<\/h2>\n

Schedule:<\/strong> Part-Time, approximately 30 hours per week<\/strong><\/p>\n

Typical Hours:<\/strong> Around 9:00 AM\u20133:00 PM (6 hours\/day), with some flexibility<\/p>\n

Position Summary<\/h3>\n

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support order processing, customer service, shipping coordination, and general administrative functions. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate order fulfillment and maintaining excellent customer relationships.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n

Order Processing<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Process customer orders, purchase orders, invoices, and shipping documents.<\/li>\n
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams regarding orders and deliveries.<\/li>\n
  • Prepare shipment documentation and arrange domestic shipments.<\/li>\n
  • Track shipments and maintain accurate records.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Customer Service<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.<\/li>\n
    • Provide order status updates and shipping information.<\/li>\n
    • Monitor open orders and follow up on delays or issues.<\/li>\n
    • Prepare quotations and assist with invoice-related inquiries.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Administrative Support<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      • Answer and direct phone calls.<\/li>\n
      • Welcome visitors and manage incoming mail and packages.<\/li>\n
      • Maintain customer and vendor records.<\/li>\n
      • Assist with travel arrangements, office supplies, and general office administration.<\/li>\n
      • Support special projects and other assigned duties.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Qualifications<\/h3>\n
          \n
        • Bachelor\u2019s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.<\/li>\n
        • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          <\/p>\n

          Travel<\/h3>\n
            \n
          • Occasional local day travel within South Carolina and North Carolina (approximately 6\u201312 times per year).<\/strong><\/li>\n
          • No overnight or international travel required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
