Sales Assistant<\/strong><\/p>\n

We are seeking a bilingual Sales Assistant to support sales and operations in a fast-paced international business environment. This role involves coordinating customer and supplier transactions, preparing sales documentation, supporting import\/export operations, and providing administrative assistance to the sales team.<\/p>\n

<\/h3>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Prepare quotations by translating documents from Japanese to English<\/li>\n
  • Create and process purchase orders, invoices, and sales orders<\/li>\n
  • Coordinate parts procurement with customers and suppliers<\/li>\n
  • Record sales transactions and support accounts receivable collections<\/li>\n
  • Prepare import\/export documentation, including commercial invoices and customs-related paperwork<\/li>\n
  • Assist with occasional shipping activities<\/li>\n
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Qualifications<\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Business-level Japanese and English communication skills (spoken and written. Must be able to read inquiries in Japanese and translate them to English.)<\/li>\n
    • Experience in international trade operations is preferred but general office experience is a must<\/li>\n
