Manager<\/strong> to lead and strengthen its people operations across multiple U.S. locations.<\/p>\n<p>This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys balancing <strong>employee relations, compliance, talent acquisition, HR strategy, benefits administration, and performance management<\/strong> while partnering closely with leadership to support business growth.<\/p>\n<p>If Do<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as the primary HR business partner for employees and managers across the organization<\/li>\n<li>Advise leadership on complex employee relations matters, including performance management, workplace investigations, ADA, FMLA, leaves of absence, harassment prevention, and employment law compliance<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations, with a strong emphasis on California employment law<\/li>\n<li>Lead employee investigations and recommend appropriate resolutions while minimizing organizational risk<\/li>\n<li>Manage full-cycle recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding for professional and exempt-level positions<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and enhance HR policies, employee handbook, and HR procedures<\/li>\n<li>Design and improve performance management programs that support company growth<\/li>\n<li>Administer employee benefits, including open enrollment, compliance, audits, and vendor management<\/li>\n<li>Partner with Payroll and Administration to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing<\/li>\n<li>Manage HRIS data and reporting (ADP Workforce Now preferred)<\/li>\n<li>Prepare HR metrics, workforce analytics, and executive reports to support strategic decision-making<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, training, and company events<\/li>\n<li>Support organizational development projects and continuous improvement initiatives<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>What We&#039;re Looking For<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#039;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)<\/li>\n<li>5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience<\/li>\n<li>Strong background in employee relations and employment law compliance<\/li>\n<li>Experience conducting workplace investigations and resolving sensitive employee issues<\/li>\n<li>Experience recruiting exempt and professional-level employees<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of California employment law<\/li>\n<li>Experience with HRIS systems (ADP Workforce Now is highly preferred)<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated professional who can work independently while partnering effectively with leadership<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preferred Qualifications<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Multi-state HR experience<\/li>\n<li>Experience developing HR policies, job descriptions, and training programs<\/li>\n<li>HR metrics and workforce analytics experience<\/li>\n<li>Continuous education in employment law or HR
