Sales & Project Coordinator<\/h2>\n

Responsibilities<\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Develop new business and maintain relationships with existing customers<\/li>\n
  • Visit customers and conduct sales meetings<\/li>\n
  • Prepare quotations and follow up on sales opportunities<\/li>\n
  • Coordinate projects between customers and the engineering team<\/li>\n
  • Track sales activities and support project progress<\/li>\n
  • Prepare MRO quotations and support inside sales<\/li>\n
  • Attend trade shows and networking events<\/li>\n
  • Travel within the U.S. and occasionally overseas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Qualifications<\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Experience in B2B sales, customer service, project coordination, or a related field<\/li>\n
    • Strong communication and organizational skills<\/li>\n
    • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently<\/li>\n
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)<\/li>\n
    • Willingness to travel<\/li>\n
    • Experience in manufacturing or engineering is a plus<\/li>\n
    • Ability to read mechanical drawings is a plus<\/li>\n
    • Japanese language skills are a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
