We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant<\/strong> to oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, cash flow management, and office administration for a growing manufacturing organization. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate financial reporting, supporting business operations, and maintaining compliance while working closely with executive leadership.<\/p>\n

Salary:<\/strong> $75,000\u2013$95,000 annually<\/p>\n

Required Qualifications<\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.<\/li>\n
  • Approximately 10+ years of accounting experience (less experience may be considered for strong candidates).<\/li>\n
  • Manufacturing industry experience is strongly preferred.<\/li>\n
  • Hands-on experience using QuickBooks<\/strong> for daily accounting operations and month-end closing.<\/li>\n
  • Strong understanding of:\n
      \n
    • General ledger<\/li>\n
    • Month-end closing<\/li>\n
    • Accounts Payable<\/li>\n
    • Accounts Receivable<\/li>\n
    • Cash flow management<\/li>\n
    • Inventory accounting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.<\/li>\n
    • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n
    • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n
    • Occasional travel to production facilities and suppliers may be required.<\/li>\n
    • Flexibility to participate in early morning or evening meetings with international business partners when necessary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Responsibilities<\/h3>\n
        \n
      • Perform accurate monthly financial closing and prepare reports for the parent company.<\/li>\n
      • Maintain the general ledger and ensure financial transactions are recorded accurately.<\/li>\n
      • Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and collections.<\/li>\n
      • Monitor company cash flow and assist with payment planning.<\/li>\n
      • Prepare journal entries and reconcile financial records.<\/li>\n
      • Maintain inventory records in QuickBooks and reconcile system inventory with physical inventory.<\/li>\n
      • Create quotations, sales orders, and purchase orders using QuickBooks.<\/li>\n
      • Support budgeting, sales forecasting, and cash flow reporting.<\/li>\n
      • Assist with internal and external financial audits.<\/li>\n
      • Process payroll and support employee benefits administration.<\/li>\n
      • Prepare payroll tax filings and assist with regulatory reporting requirements.<\/li>\n
      • Maintain company asset and liability records.<\/li>\n
      • Coordinate with IT vendors regarding financial system support and data backups.<\/li>\n
      • Provide administrative support to company operations as needed.<\/li>\n
      • Collaborate with executive leadership to improve financial processes and operational efficiency.<\/li>\n
      • May be assigned other duties by managers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
