Position Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Air Export and Warehouse Coordinator manages air export shipments from booking through departure while supporting daily warehouse operations. This role combines freight forwarding coordination with hands-on warehouse activities to ensure efficient, compliant, and on-time cargo movement.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n

Air Export Operations<\/h4>\n
    \n
  • Coordinate air export shipments, including bookings, pickups, trucking, and airline arrangements.<\/li>\n
  • Prepare and verify export documents (HAWB, MAWB, AES\/EEI filings, manifests, and pre-alerts).<\/li>\n
  • Track shipments and communicate status updates to customers, carriers, and overseas offices.<\/li>\n
  • Ensure compliance with TSA, IAC, export regulations, and company procedures.<\/li>\n
  • Maintain accurate shipment records, billing information, and operational files.<\/li>\n
  • Resolve shipment issues, delays, and documentation discrepancies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Warehouse Operations<\/h4>\n
      \n
    • Receive, inspect, label, store, load, unload, and release cargo.<\/li>\n
    • Verify cargo quantity, condition, dimensions, and documentation.<\/li>\n
    • Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.<\/li>\n
    • Maintain inventory accuracy and proper cargo handling procedures.<\/li>\n
    • Support cargo screening, palletizing, repacking, and other warehouse services.<\/li>\n
    • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Team & Administrative Support<\/h4>\n
        \n
      • Provide daily guidance and training to warehouse staff as assigned.<\/li>\n
      • Monitor safety, operational compliance, and productivity.<\/li>\n
      • Assist with operational reporting, inventory counts, and process improvements.<\/li>\n
      • Support management with other operational duties as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Qualifications<\/h3>\n
          \n
        • 2+ years of air export freight forwarding experience preferred.<\/li>\n
        • Knowledge of air export documentation, AES\/EEI filings, and cargo security procedures.<\/li>\n
        • Warehouse and cargo handling experience preferred.<\/li>\n
        • Forklift experience or ability to obtain certification.<\/li>\n
        • Experience with CargoWise or similar freight forwarding software is a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Physical Requirements<\/h3>\n
            \n
          • Ability to work in both office and warehouse environments.<\/li>\n
          • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.<\/li>\n
          • Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment.<\/li>\n
          • Flexibility to work overtime when required by shipment schedules.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
