The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and prior accounting experience.<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Process daily cash receipts and support various AR activities including collections, reconciliations, and issue resolution<\/li>\n<li>Communicate account discrepancies to management and identify slow-paying customers<\/li>\n<li>Recommend collection candidates and assist with collection efforts<\/li>\n<li>Ensure aging reports, credits, and collections are accurately maintained<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and collect outstanding accounts receivable balances via email communication<\/li>\n<li>Assist with departmental coverage and support additional accounting projects as needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1\u20132 years of experience in an accounting environment (AR experience preferred)<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of basic accounting principles<\/li>\n<li>Strong Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUPs<\/li>\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>High attention to detail and accuracy<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team<\/li>\n<li>Associate\u2019s or Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting or related field preferred<\/li>\n<li>SAP ERP experience is a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Technical Skills<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Microsoft Excel, Teams, Outlook<\/li>\n<li>Adobe Acrobat<\/li>\n<li>SAP S\/4HANA<\/li>\n<li>Inventory management systems<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"","_company_name":"","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[],"job-types":[],"class_list":["post-25632","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
