Beyond general administration duties, this position is to support digital transformation initiatives, intelligence\/research activities, and presentation material preparation.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Office Administration<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintains Managers\u2019 schedules and calendar, screens correspondence and calls, welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, establishes records and files (electronic &amp; other), drafts responses, researches and reports multiple topics, arrange executive and board meetings as well as travel.<\/li>\n<li>Making travel arrangements including booking flight, accommodation and car rentals\/limo service, optimizing routes, timing and budget.<\/li>\n<li>Conserves executive&#039;s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications.<\/li>\n<li>Facilities management (keep mailroom\/ reception area\/break rooms\/meeting rooms\/ office\/ labs organized and tidy.)<\/li>\n<li>Ad-hoc tasks such as Joint Health &amp; Safety Committee as needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Digital Transformation &amp; Process Improvement<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support digital transformation initiatives by assisting with the implementation and continuous improvement of business processes and digital workflows.<\/li>\n<li>Collect, organize, and analyze operational data to identify trends, improve efficiency, and support data-driven decision-making.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in evaluating and implementing digital tools and technologies that enhance productivity and streamline business operations.<\/li>\n<li>Create, maintain, and improve reports, dashboards, spreadsheets, and documentation to support internal projects.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process automation and operational improvements.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in special projects related to digital innovation, business optimization, and organizational efficiency.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Research &amp; Business Intelligence<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct research on market trends, economic developments, geopolitical issues, and industry developments.<\/li>\n<li>Gather and summarize information from multiple sources to support strategic planning and business decisions.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare concise reports and briefing materials for management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Education<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in Science, Economics, or related field<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Experience \/ Skills<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) \u2013 advanced level preferred<\/li>\n<li>Ability and willingness to perform administrative\/operational tasks<\/li>\n<li>Interest in politics, economics, and global business topics<\/li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Nice to Have<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Basic programming \/ data analysis skills (e.g., Python, VBA, etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Key Competencies<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proactive and flexible mindset<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage both routine and analytical work<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and teamwork skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Additional Information<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This is an existing vacancy.
