\u00a0Key Responsibilities: This position is responsible for leading team members to solve software requirements by analyzing, creating, modifying, and maintaining application systems to meet user needs, while overseeing and optimizing end-to-end SAP application operations to ensure system stability, continuous improvement, and alignment with business objectives. The right candidate will possess:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Project management experience<\/p>\n
\u2022 Non-Japanese vendor management experience<\/p>\n
\u2022 Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)<\/p>\n
\u2022 Understanding of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library)<\/p>\n
\u2022 Analytical skills with regards to requirements analysis, maintenance and troubleshooting.<\/p>\n

Skills & Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science or related field<\/p>\n \u2022Minimum 10 years of experience with SAP system application implementation or SAP system application operations<\/p>\n \u2022SAP Certified Application Associate with ERP Certification<\/p>\n \u2022Strong English communication skills to support customers, report to upper management, as well as to effectively work with the team<\/p>\n \u2022Strong Japanese communication skills to effectively work with Japan system application operation team<\/p>\n \u2022Strong leadership skills<\/p>\n \u2022Collaborates well with team and project members<\/p>\n \u2022Ability to work well with a team as well as individually<\/p>\n \u2022Ability to be a good team player with great communication skills, problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and negotiation skills<\/p>\n <\/p>\n
