This role is responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and account management.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage and grow relationships with existing customers while expanding business within assigned accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, industry events, referrals, online resources, and other lead-generation activities.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct customer visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to promote products and services.<\/li>\n<li>Provide pricing, quotations, and prepare sales agreements and related documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing, delivery schedules, and customer support.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain customer records and sales activity data within company systems.<\/li>\n<li>Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, and service.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare regular reports on sales activities, customer interactions, and business development efforts.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor market trends and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achievement of business objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to departmental goals and strategic plans.<\/li>\n<li>Follow company policies, quality standards, environmental requirements, and safety procedures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Valid driver&#039;s license <\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Being able to travel within assigned territory.
