The successful candidate will manage approximately five locations while working closely with General Managers and executive leadership to ensure operational excellence and consistent customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n<p>This position offers a clear career path toward a General Manager or senior leadership role as the company continues to expand throughout the U.S.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3>Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<h4>Multi-Unit Operations Management<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee the operations and performance of approximately 5 restaurant locations<\/li>\n<li>Coach, support, and develop General Managers and Store Managers<\/li>\n<li>Monitor sales, profitability, labor, food costs, and overall business performance<\/li>\n<li>Ensure consistent operational standards and customer service across all locations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Leadership &amp;
