{"id":25519,"date":"2026-06-30T15:26:55","date_gmt":"2026-06-30T15:26:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/job\/062559\/"},"modified":"2026-06-30T15:26:55","modified_gmt":"2026-06-30T15:26:55","slug":"062559","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/pasona.demoseek.us\/en\/job\/062559\/","title":{"rendered":"Outside Sales Associate"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4><strong>A Japanese food trading company is seeking a Japanese-English Bilingual <\/strong>Outside Sales Associate.<\/h4>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Base salary: $50K\u2013$55K+ commission<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities\u3000<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Meets the monthly and annual sales quota as designated by the manager.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Develops and maintains relationships with potential and existing clients in the assigned regions.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Identifies and locates new clients through a variety of methods including networking and cold calls.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Conducts market research, develops and implements strategies for sales in the assigned region.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Visits customers and potential customers to provide support, information, and sell the Company\u2019s products.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Coordinates with the accounting department to assure the collection of payment in a timely manner.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Collects past due payments from customers.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Maintains high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and building rapport; resolves issues in a timely manner and escalates to management as needed.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Collaborates with purchasing departments, warehouse, and other involved parties to confirm that orders are processed with accuracy and efficiency and that products are distributed properly.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Coordinates urgent deliveries with the customer to accommodate their needs.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Educates customers on how the products or services can benefit them.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Inputs and updates orders within the Company database in a timely manner.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Maintains and safely navigates the Company vehicle as per the Company Vehicle Policy.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Troubleshoots problems regarding products provided and handles complaints.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Participates in weekly sales meetings.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Attends semiannual inventory count on designated day, possibly on a weekend.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Attends Company events and functions outside of normal working hours.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Performs other duties as assigned.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Business-level or higher proficiency in English (written and verbal).<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Business-level Japanese with the ability to read, write, and communicate professionally.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Previous outside sales experience in the food trading industry is preferred.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"","_company_name":"","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[],"job-types":[],"class_list":["post-25519","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>Outside Sales Associate - Pasona N A, Inc. | Your Career Partner<\/title>\n<meta name=\"robots\" content=\"index, follow, max-snippet:-1, max-image-preview:large, max-video-preview:-1\" \/>\n<link rel=\"canonical\" href=\"https:\/\/pasona.demoseek.us\/en\/job\/062559\/\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:locale\" content=\"en_US\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:type\" content=\"article\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:title\" content=\"Outside Sales Associate - Pasona N A, Inc. | Your Career Partner\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:description\" content=\"A Japanese food trading company is seeking a Japanese-English Bilingual Outside Sales Associate.
