About the Role<\/h2>\n

Lead overall business management for the U.S. entity of a Japan-headquartered apparel group. This is a COO-track<\/strong> position: candidates with GM-level experience<\/strong> are welcome.<\/p>\n

<\/h2>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n
    \n
  • Develop and execute corporate strategy<\/strong> and revenue growth strategy<\/strong> for the U.S. business<\/li>\n
  • Provide end-to-end leadership across sales channels (Retail \/ E-commerce \/ Wholesale)<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Plan and execute branding strategies<\/strong> to maximize brand value<\/li>\n
  • Drive strategic decision-making and resource allocation<\/strong> to achieve business KPIs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Required Qualifications \/ Profile<\/h2>\n
      \n
    • Strong English communication<\/strong> skills for business use (calls, emails, meetings)<\/li>\n
    • Extensive experience in apparel branding<\/strong> and retail management<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Solid understanding of the value chain, including SCM<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Management experience in overseas businesses<\/strong> that include manufacturing and sales<\/li>\n
    • Proven ability to lead cross-functional business operations<\/strong> across multiple departments<\/li>\n
    • Strategic thinking<\/strong> with the ability to design KPIs<\/strong> and run data-driven PDCA<\/strong> cycles<\/li>\n
    • High interpersonal skills and leadership<\/strong> to build trust with internal and external stakeholders<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Preferred Qualifications<\/h2>\n
        \n
      • U.S. work experience<\/strong><\/li>\n
      • B2B \/ wholesale<\/strong> business experience in international markets<\/li>\n
      • DENIM production knowledge is a big plus (not mandatory)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
