Academic Skills\/Knowledge\/Experience:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n Education & Basic Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n -Associate Arts Degree or equivalent post-high school level education (Bachelor\u2019s degree preferred).<\/p>\n -Understand and master the internal "Order-to-Shipment" process to ensure smooth operational flow.<\/p>\n -Ability to quickly learn company products, ceramic material properties, and semiconductor manufacturing applications.<\/p>\n -Capacity to understand quality assurance standards and change management protocols.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Professional Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n -1\u20133 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles.<\/p>\n -Experience in sales operations via customer-specific platforms, including EDI systems, order entry, and demand forecasting.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Languages & Software Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n -Proficiently communicate in writing and verbally using both English and Japanese languages.<\/p>\n -Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).<\/p>\n -Valid driver\u2019s license and an acceptable driving record.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Physical Requirements:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n -Frequent sitting and extensive use of a computer, monitor, and keyboard for data management and video conferencing.<\/p>\n -Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds, such as product samples, trade show materials, or business equipment.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Essential Duties:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n Customer Service & Sales Operations<\/strong><\/p>\n -Accurately record customer order information and internal production status. Ensure all data is up to date in the system to maintain a single source of truth.<\/p>\n -Provide accurate delivery dates to customers based on the latest production and shipment information.<\/p>\n -Understand the end-to-end internal workflow from initial order receipt to final shipment. Coordinate with relevant departments to prevent bottlenecks.<\/p>\n -Act as a point of contact for customers regarding order requests, delivery schedules, and price inquiries.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Compliance & Other Duties<\/strong><\/p>\n -Maintain organized customer files and history of past orders.<\/p>\n -Maintain high ethical standards and comply with all company policies, including IATF, ISO, and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA).<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Supervisory Controls:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n -Reports to: Manager or above.<\/p>\n -Work is performed under general supervision.
