JOB SUMMARY<\/strong><\/p>\n

Inside Sales<\/strong><\/p>\n

We are seeking an Inside Sales team member to support our existing customers in the semiconductor equipment industry. This position is based in Fremont, CA and is responsible for customer communication, order processing, quotations, delivery follow-up, and sales support.<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Prepare quotations and process purchase orders<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Enter and manage sales orders in internal systems<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Confirm delivery schedules and provide timely updates to customers<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Monitor shipment status and assist with invoice-related matters<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Support the outside sales team with customer follow-up and administrative tasks<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Maintain accurate customer and order information in ERP systems<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Coordinate with internal departments, overseas offices, and Japan headquarters as needed<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Experience in Inside Sales, Customer Service, or Sales Support<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Strong communication and follow-up skills<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Ability to handle detailed administrative work accurately and efficiently<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Must be authorized to work in the United States<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Preferred Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 3+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Customer Service, or a related role<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Experience in manufacturing, component products, B2B business, or the semiconductor industry<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Experience using ERP, CRM, or Salesforce systems<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Basic knowledge of logistics, import\/export, or Incoterms<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Location: Fremont, CA<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Employment Type: Full-time<\/strong><\/p>\n
