This role serves as a key liaison between customers, production, shipping, quality, accounting, and outside sales teams to ensure exceptional service and on-time delivery. This is a on-site job.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2>Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage customer inquiries, orders, and account-related requests.<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers and territories.<\/li>\n<li>Follow up on sales leads and identify opportunities for additional business.<\/li>\n<li>Process purchase orders and maintain accurate order records.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with production scheduling to meet customer delivery requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Plan shipments and communicate shipping instructions to internal departments.<\/li>\n<li>Provide customers with shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading and material certifications.<\/li>\n<li>Review customer concerns and collaborate with internal teams to implement corrective actions.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor inventory levels, manage order adjustments, and maintain material inventory records.<\/li>\n<li>Review open orders, transfer orders, and historical order activity to ensure accuracy.<\/li>\n<li>Support outside sales and accounting teams with pricing, invoicing, and customer-related issues.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate product specifications and documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Perform additional administrative and customer support duties as assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Qualifications<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in inside sales, account management, customer service, or order management.<\/li>\n<li>Manufacturing industry experience preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across departments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preferred Skills<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Account Management<\/li>\n<li>Customer Relationship Management (CRM)<\/li>\n<li>Order Processing<\/li>\n<li>Inventory Coordination<\/li>\n<li>Logistics &amp; Shipping Coordination<\/li>\n<li>Sales Support<\/li>\n<li>Customer Service Excellence<\/li>\n<li>Problem Resolution<\/li>\n<li>Time Management<\/li>\n<li>Cross-Functional Collaboration<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Work Environment<\/h2>\n<p>This position operates in a manufacturing and office environment and may involve occasional exposure to warehouse and production areas.
