{"id":25099,"date":"2026-05-21T16:25:59","date_gmt":"2026-05-21T16:25:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/job\/062099\/"},"modified":"2026-06-04T20:56:21","modified_gmt":"2026-06-04T20:56:21","slug":"062099","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/pasona.demoseek.us\/en\/job\/062099\/","title":{"rendered":"Store Supervisor"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 14px\">Japanese anime pop-up store is looking for Store Supervisor in Torrance, CA.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 14px\">Position Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 14px\">Title: Store Supervisor<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 14px\">Pay: $28\/h<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 14px\">Term: June 2026-Mar 2027<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 14px\">Work schedule: up to 40 hours\/week (shift schedule)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 14px\">Location: Torrance, CA<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 14px\">Job duties<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-family: sans-serif\">Supervise and support 6\u201310 staff per shift<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-family: sans-serif\">Monitor customer service standards and provide guidance when needed<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-family: sans-serif\">Assist with staff scheduling and task delegation<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-family: sans-serif\">Responsible for ensuring that employees take all required meal and rest breaks and that each break is properly recorded on the employee timecard in accordance with California labor laws.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-family: sans-serif\">Handle customer issues, including complaints, returns, exchanges, voids, and discounts in accordance with store policy.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-family: sans-serif\">Communicate with the client\u2019s Japanese HQ for daily reports and updates<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-family: sans-serif\">Ensure inventory accuracy and product display maintenance<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-family: sans-serif\">Ensure compliance with store rules and safety protocols<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-family: sans-serif\">Oversee cash handling and register operations, taking full responsibility for the accuracy, security, and integrity of all transactions. This is a critical duty essential to store operations and financial accountability.
