A Japanese company is seeking a Production Control (PC) Assistant Supervisor.<\/p>\n

Location:<\/strong> Huntsville, AL<\/p>\n

Salary:<\/strong> $70K<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

The PC Assistant Supervisor has primarily following responsibilities and authorities for:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Performing data entry and verification of production and inventory transactions.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. Operation and maintenance of communication systems with customers and internal scanning systems.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  3. Ordering and maintaining component parts\/materials and plant supplies where required.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  4. Maintaining all documents\/records supporting the accounting and inventory transactions.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  5. Performing any other projects specified by Administrative Manager.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  6. Understanding and overseeing all aspects of production management, including logistics.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    <\/p>\n

    HOURS AND PROVISIONS:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

    <\/p>\n

    Business Hours are 7:00 am \u2013 4:00 pm.\u00a0Some flexibility required. Lunch is from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

    Overtime is required as necessary.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

    \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

    DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

    <\/p>\n

      \n
    • Excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Suite including Excel.<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Previous automotive experience a plus.<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Operation of Communication Systems with Customers <\/strong><\/li>\n
