{"id":25033,"date":"2026-05-14T22:29:00","date_gmt":"2026-05-14T22:29:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/job\/062064\/"},"modified":"2026-06-03T18:02:49","modified_gmt":"2026-06-03T18:02:49","slug":"062064","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/pasona.demoseek.us\/en\/job\/062064\/","title":{"rendered":"Purchasing and Logistics Coordinator (logistics heavy focused"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Required Qualifications<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field, or equivalent experience<\/li>\n<li>3\u20135 years of logistics, export\/import, or supply chain coordination experience<\/li>\n<li>Experience in semiconductor, electronics, or high-tech manufacturing preferred<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of import\/export regulations, freight forwarding, and inventory control<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with trade compliance including EAR, ITAR, and HTS classification<\/li>\n<li>Experience using ERP\/MRP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to occasionally travel and work weekends on short notice<\/li>\n<li>Ability to lift or move items weighing up to 100+ pounds using appropriate tools<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage global logistics operations and procurement coordination<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and process purchase requisitions, purchase orders, RFQs, and change orders<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate supplier quotations based on cost, lead time, and operational needs<\/li>\n<li>Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, freight terms, and service levels<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation<\/li>\n<li>Oversee export, import, and domestic shipping documentation compliance<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and international stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Monitor domestic and international shipments and resolve shipping issues proactively<\/li>\n<li>Investigate shipment discrepancies, damages, and customs holds<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate cross-border logistics planning with overseas teams<\/li>\n<li>Oversee shipment packaging, labeling, ESD protection, and shipping material inventory<\/li>\n<li>Track freight costs, reconcile invoices, and support logistics reporting<\/li>\n<li>Support process improvements across logistics and purchasing operations<\/li>\n<li>Maintain compliance records for audits and regulatory requirements<\/li>\n<li>May be assigned other duties by managers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"","_company_name":"","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[],"job-types":[],"class_list":["post-25033","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
