Accounting Manager<\/strong><\/h1>\n

An international parts sourcing company is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join our U.S. team.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Accounting Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting operations and supporting the company\u2019s financial initiatives. This role includes managing month-end close activities, financial reporting, reconciliations, variance analysis, and identifying root causes of financial discrepancies.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The ideal candidate will also support annual budgeting processes and assist with payroll, fixed assets, accounts payable, and accounts receivable functions.<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/span><\/h2>\n
    \n
  • Review and analysis of the financial data posted to the application software for reasonableness and accuracy. <\/span><\/li>\n
  • Assist operation managers at some of divisions and divisional accounting clerks as it relates to accounting tasks.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Oversee payable invoices activities issued by divisional accounting clerks.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Review Division provided payroll information and prepare payroll entry.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Prepare the internal monthly financial statements at single entity and assist the financial statement package for the parent company.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Manage daily bank activities and assist accounting clerks for daily deposits.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Work for the assigned projects with the supervision of the Treasurer. <\/span><\/li>\n
  • Other duties and responsibilities that management may deem necessary.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Qualifications:<\/span><\/h2>\n
      \n
    • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • 3\u20135+ years of progressively responsible accounting experience; CPA designation preferred.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of management and staff.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Willingness to travel as needed.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
