Position Summary<\/strong><\/h3>\n

We are seeking a Tech Support Specialist<\/strong> to lead the development of Python\u2011based applications that reduce the workload of engineers in Japan and the United States. This temp\u2011to\u2011hire role focuses on application development, operations, and cross\u2011team collaboration, offering a possible opportunity to transition to a permanent position within 6 months to 1 year.<\/p>\n

The position requires strong communication skills, hands\u2011on Python development experience, and the ability to work closely with engineers and stakeholders to clarify requirements and deliver effective solutions.<\/p>\n

<\/h3>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Lead the development of Python applications to automate and optimize engineering workflows<\/li>\n
  • Gather and clarify requirements in collaboration with internal stakeholders<\/li>\n
  • Work closely with engineers to design, develop, and deliver reliable applications<\/li>\n
  • Oversee deployment, operation, and continuous improvement of applications<\/li>\n
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, design documents, and user guides<\/li>\n
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure stable operation<\/li>\n
  • Design, execute, and validate test cases and share results<\/li>\n
  • Support documentation updates and related project tasks as needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Qualifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n
      \n
    • 3+ years of experience in Python application development or system engineering<\/li>\n
    • Strong expertise in Python and application development<\/li>\n
    • Experience with Git, code reviews, and testing best practices<\/li>\n
    • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and data formats (JSON, XML)<\/li>\n
    • Ability to build scalable and maintainable software solutions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Preferred Skills<\/strong><\/h3>\n
        \n
      • Experience with AI\/ML or LLM\u2011related development (e.g., LangChain, local LLMs)<\/li>\n
      • Experience with cloud platforms (OCI, AWS, GCP)<\/li>\n
      • DevOps and CI\/CD pipeline experience<\/li>\n
      • Database development experience (Oracle ADB, MySQL, etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Work Schedule<\/strong><\/h3>\n
          \n
        • Monday\u2013Friday, 8:30 a.m. \u2013 5:30 p.m.<\/li>\n
        • Primarily on\u2011site; limited hybrid work available (typically up to 1 day per week)<\/li>\n
        • Holidays aligned with Japan holiday schedule, including Thanksgiving and Christmas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
