It is not an exhaustive list of all expectations.):<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Assisting Billing and Payments<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Research and identify the custom brokerage of inbound shipments<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Notifies brokers and consignees of the arrival of shipments, distributes documents to brokers and\/or consignees. Collects receivables where applicable<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Prepares documents required to move inbound shipments between U.S. ports<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Monitors consolidation transfer times to ensure service levels are maintained<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Reviewing freight rates with carriers and determining the most efficient and cost-effective method of moving freight<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Quoting Freight Rates \u2013 FCL\/LCL<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Arranging bookings; coordinating freight movement with customers, carriers, agents, and third parties; from port to destination; including pick up, storage, and delivery.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Preparing and processing documentation according to established procedures and regulations<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Master and House B\/L preparation<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Breakbulk Document Transfer to Broker<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Tracking, Trancing and POD Confirmation<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Producing Customer Invoice<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>The individual in this position must be capable of performing all of the essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation. Lifting boxes, shrink warping skids, is required.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Basic English reading, writing and arithmetic skills required.
