In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining and optimizing <strong>Microsoft Power Platform solutions<\/strong> used by global teams.<\/p>\n<p>This position works closely with both <strong>U.S. and Japan-based teams<\/strong>, ensuring smooth operations, troubleshooting issues, and supporting ongoing improvements across Power Platform environments.<\/p>\n<p>If you enjoy working with <strong>low-code technologies, RPA, and cross-border teams<\/strong>, this is a great opportunity to grow your expertise while supporting enterprise-scale solutions.<\/p>\n<h1><\/h1>\n<h1>Key Responsibilities<\/h1>\n<h2>Power Platform Operations Support<\/h2>\n<p>Provide day-to-day operational support for Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Power Apps<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Power Automate (Cloud Flows)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Power Automate Desktop (RPA)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Power Virtual Agents<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Dataverse<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Key responsibilities include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Troubleshoot incidents and coordinate issue resolution<\/li>\n<li>Monitor <strong>RPA bots<\/strong> and manage runtime issues<\/li>\n<li>Support <strong>Power Platform governance<\/strong>, including:\n<ul>\n<li>DLP policies<\/li>\n<li>Environment monitoring<\/li>\n<li>COE dashboard coordination<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Manage <strong>access control and environment provisioning<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Escalate complex issues to <strong>Microsoft Support<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Perform <strong>minor low-code enhancements and troubleshooting<\/strong> for existing Power Apps and Power Automate solutions<\/li>\n<li>Serve as the <strong>primary operational support contact<\/strong> for U.S. and Japan-based teams<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Cross-Border Team Coordination<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as a bridge between <strong>English-speaking and Japanese-speaking teams<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Coordinate between <strong>on-site operations and offshore support teams<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Ensure smooth collaboration across global stakeholders<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Client Communication<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain close communication with the client regarding operational matters<\/li>\n<li>Participate in operational meetings and status reviews<\/li>\n<li>Provide feedback and improvement suggestions based on operational experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>2+ years of hands-on experience<\/strong> supporting <strong>Microsoft Power Platform<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Experience with <strong>Power Apps and Power Automate troubleshooting<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Ability to <strong>read, understand, and modify existing flows and apps<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Experience supporting <strong>Power Automate Desktop (RPA)<\/strong> environments preferred<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of <strong>Dataverse and Power Platform governance<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Strong <strong>coordination and communication skills<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Business-level Japanese proficiency<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Must be <strong>authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Ability to work <strong>on-site in Torrance, CA<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1>Preferred Qualifications<\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience working in <strong>bilingual (Japanese-English) enterprise environments<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Experience coordinating <strong>cross-border operational teams<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Experience supporting <strong>automotive or manufacturing industry clients<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1>Work Schedule<\/h1>\n<p>&#128344;
