The ideal candidate combines consultative selling skills with an entrepreneurial mindset and thrives in growth-stage environments.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and execute territory sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets<\/li>\n<li>Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing<\/li>\n<li>Identify new business opportunities within O&amp;P clinics, distributors, and strategic partners<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with key O&amp;P stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Conduct product demonstrations and present technical solutions to clinicians and decision-makers<\/li>\n<li>Grow existing accounts while expanding new opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Analyze regional market trends and customer needs<\/li>\n<li>Provide feedback to leadership and product teams to inform strategy<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and activity reporting<\/li>\n<li>Provide regular updates on sales performance and customer engagement<\/li>\n<li>Represent the organization at trade shows and industry events<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to brand presence and customer journey development<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><u>Required<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5\u20137 years of B2B sales experience (medical device or O&amp;P strongly preferred)<\/li>\n<li>Established relationships within the O&amp;P profession<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets<\/li>\n<li>Strong presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities independently<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to travel extensively within the Southeast region (~70%)<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>Preferred<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience selling O&amp;P technology solutions<\/li>\n<li>Experience in startup or high-growth medical device environments<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"","_company_name":"","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[],"job-types":[],"class_list":["post-24305","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
