1h Lunch Break<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-family: tahoma\">Location :<\/strong><span style=\"font-family: tahoma\">\u00a0Morgan Hill, CA *Hybrid Work, <\/span>1-3 times a week in office\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\tBuild, manage, and nurture customer relationships by providing exceptional customer service and support.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\tProactively identify new business opportunities.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\tExecute sales strategies across the Hard Disk Drive, semiconductor, Microelectronics industries, etc.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\tMeet and exceed sales quotas and performance targets consistently.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\tDeliver accurate quotations using company templates to customers in a timely manner.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\tCollaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient processing of customer orders, deliveries and transactions.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\tMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities using company\u2019s system and applications.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\tRegularly report sales activities, customer insights, and progress to the sales manager.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\tBuilds and maintains a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\tCommunicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their products and needs; identifies and suggests products and services to meet those needs.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\tDemonstrates the functions and utility of products or services to customers based on their needs.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\tEnsures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management;
