Position Summary<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Our client, a Japanese company is looking for a Sales \/ Account Manager who will serve as a key liaison between Japanese customers, the parent company in Japan, and U.S. suppliers. Responsibilities include pricing negotiations, delivery coordination, troubleshooting, supporting supplier and customer visits, and assisting with aerospace-related projects. The role also involves preparing related documents and presentations.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Sales & Account Management<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Communicate and negotiate with U.S. semiconductor manufacturers<\/li>\n
  • Promote products, prepare quotations, and manage orders for Japanese customers via the parent company<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Operations & Coordination<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Coordinate delivery schedules and handle related administrative tasks<\/li>\n
    • Support aerospace-related projects<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Client & Supplier Support<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      • Accompany suppliers on business trips to Japan<\/li>\n
      • Support Japanese customers visiting the U.S.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Qualifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n
          \n
        • Business-level English and Japanese communication skills<\/u><\/strong><\/li>\n
        • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available)<\/li>\n
        • Basic PC skills (email, Excel, presentation materials)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Preferred Qualifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n
            \n
          • Sales or account management experience at a manufacturer or trading company<\/li>\n
          • Ability to understand technical information and communicate effectively with customers<\/li>\n
          • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to gather information independently<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            • Understands differences between U.S. and Japanese business culture<\/li>\n
            • Experience working in Japan is a plus<\/li>\n
            • Values long-term customer relationships<\/li>\n

              Travel & Driving Requirements<\/strong><\/h3>\n

              • Domestic U.S. travel several times per year (2\u20133 days per trip)<\/li>\n
