The ideal candidate must have Five (5) to ten (10) years with experience in mid to senior level finance or accounting position with bachelor&#039;s degree in accounting or finance is preferred.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 16px\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 16px\">Exempt position<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 16px\">Location: South New Jersey<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 16px\">9:00-5:30, M-F<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 16px\">$120K-170K plus full benefits package<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 16px\">-Relocation support<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 16px\">-Visa support<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 16px\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 16px\">Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;font-family: sans-serif\">Generating and reporting to HQ the financial statement. The preparation of Board Meeting Materials. Reporting on the financial well being on a monthly basis Secondary Approval of Disbursements Use of Cost Accounting to generate cost method. Works with the President using finance information to sustain and improve on the financial health and future.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;font-family: sans-serif\">Directing and coordinating financial planning and budget management functions.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;font-family: sans-serif\">Works to create Financial Strategy with the President.\u00a0Recommending benchmarks and product unit cost for measuring the financial and operating performance.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;font-family: sans-serif\">Monitoring and analyzing monthly operating results against the budget.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;font-family: sans-serif\">Secondary approval on all expenditure requests and disbursements.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;font-family: sans-serif\">Overseeing the daily operations of the Finance &amp; Accounting departments.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;font-family: sans-serif\">Managing the preparation of financial reports.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;font-family: sans-serif\">Managing the preparation of financial outlooks and forecasts.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;font-family: sans-serif\">Preparing financial analysis for contract negotiations and product investment decisions.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;font-family: sans-serif\">Ensuring compliance with local, state and federal budgetary reporting.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;font-family: sans-serif\">Working with department managers to develop business plans.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;font-family: sans-serif\">Serving on planning and policy making committees.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;font-family: sans-serif\">Serving a primary government liaison relative to financial issues.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;font-family: sans-serif\">Recruiting, training, supervising and evaluating department staff.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 16px\">QUALIFICATIONS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;font-family: sans-serif\">Education:\u00a0Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business with strong Accounting experience.
