This position is responsible for assisting the Japanese-Loan Manager to managing of Japanese-Loan origination, monitoring loan portfolio, managing regular reports, participating monthly Loan Committee Meetings, and other loan related functions.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES <\/strong><\/p>\n

1)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Assist Client Relationship Management<\/u><\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Develop and maintain potential client opportunities through cold calling visiting.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Introduce and promote loans and deposits<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Notify the clients of borrowing conditions (the interest rate, etc.)<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

2)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Assist Loan Origination Management<\/u><\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Seek approval from the Head Office for new Loans.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Remit the funds to the client\u2019s account upon approval.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Create regular and occasional reports for the Head Office.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

3)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Regular Reports and Meeting Management<\/u><\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Prepare various reports required by the Head Office, the General Manager of The Branch or Regulatory Authorities in accordance with The Branch\u2019s policies and procedures, Business Notice from the Head Office and other regulations. <\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Assess all loan assets quarterly in compliance with such Self-Assessment Manual and under the Code of Japanese Law.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

4)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Others<\/u><\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Reporting to the Head Office.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0English translation and Japanese translation.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Bachelor's degree or equivalent from four-year college or university.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Some experience preferred but not required.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Equivalent combination of education and experience as above.<\/span><\/p>\n

2)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Skills and Abilities<\/u><\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Language: English -Business level, Japanese -Native level fluency.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Computer: Microsoft Word, Excel, Email, Internal Databases.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Must be tactful, mature, flexible, and able to successfully respond to multiple work pressures.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Must be able to productively convey ideas and information.<\/span><\/p>\n
