style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">The Sales Representative works for the Sales team by gaining sales, creating marketing activities, communicating with the Inside Sales team, and performing other functions as assigned.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong style=\"font-size: 12px\"><u>Essential Functions<\/u><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Conducts marketing research, collection of market information such as steel suppliers, competitors, and potential customers.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Sales activities such as negotiation of orders in terms of price, allocation, and lead-time with a customer and a vendor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Maintain and strengthen relationship with customers, vendors, and processors to achieve a sales budget.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">4.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Manage credit\/inventory lines with new and existing customers and collecting AR timely basis.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">5.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Control of order-entry, outstanding orders, inventory, and delivery.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">6.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Coordinate logistics and processing for materials.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">7.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Manage quality issues among the customer, supplier, processor, and insurance company.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">8.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Seek and develop new business opportunities.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">9.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Communicate with the Sales and Inside Sales teams of each Division to ensure materials are delivered timely.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">10.\u00a0Weekly and monthly reports as required by management.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">11.\u00a0Performs other duties from time to time justify\"><strong style=\"font-size: 12px\"><u>Skills and Qualifications<\/u><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0A Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Business, Sales, or related field is preferred.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0At least 1 year of sales experience preferred.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills required.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">4.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Proficient knowledge and use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel required.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size:
