Following-up on past due accounts receivable. Creating sales reports for management.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\"><u>Primary responsibilities<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Administer customer accounts by communicating with clients and sharing updated information<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Process customer orders, generate sales invoices and shipping documents<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Monitor and follow up on account receivables, expedite collections, and process customer adjustments<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Coordinate with logistic company and manage to maintain optimum inventory level of products at multiple warehouse locations<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Generates monthly sales reports and forecast<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Review and analyze customer latest forecasts for any changes and to understand usage trends<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Communicate with customers to understand the timeline and detailed steps from time of our shipment until customer issues payment<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer&#039;s complaint; forwarding technical issues to engineers; explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Provide support to team members and handle additional tasks as needed<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\"><u>Skills and Qualifications<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Associate degree or higher,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">2 or more years\u2019 experience in customer support or supply chain roles,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Business Level English speaking and writing,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Spanish\/Japanese language (helps but not mandatory),<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Familiarity with computerized order processing,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Understanding of <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\">INFOR<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\"> (helpful but not mandatory),<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Microsoft Excel skills,\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Resolving Conflict, Analyzing Information, Multi-tasking,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Be able to handle high-stress situation with customers and maintain professional attitude<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"","_company_name":"","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[],"job-types":[],"class_list":["post-23720","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
