Overview<\/strong><\/h4>\n

We are seeking a Japanese\u2013English bilingual Moving Coordinator<\/strong> to support our team in coordinating household goods relocations and providing bilingual customer and business support. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level candidate seeking hands-on experience in logistics, customer service, and cross-cultural communication.<\/p>\n

Essential Duties<\/strong><\/h4>\n
    \n
  • Lead and coordinate with the moving team in the preparation and movement of customer household goods.<\/li>\n
  • Maintain regular communication with customers via phone and email to ensure satisfaction.<\/li>\n
  • Provide bilingual (Japanese\u2013English) communication and translation support.<\/li>\n
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with drivers, customers, and internal teams.<\/li>\n
  • Ensure all shipment-related documentation is accurate and complete.<\/li>\n
  • Provide general business support and administrative assistance as assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Qualifications<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    • Language:<\/strong> Near-native level Japanese and fluent English required.<\/li>\n
    • Education:<\/strong> High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.<\/li>\n
    • Skills:<\/strong>\n

      • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n
      • Clear and effective communication with multilingual staff.<\/li>\n
      • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).<\/li>\n
