No commision structure, but has bonus structure<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2>Essential Job Functions<\/h2>\n<h3>Market Analysis<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Research market conditions and conduct feasibility studies to determine and update market demand for existing and new products (market trends, scale, pricing, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Gather, analyze, and compare competitor data, including products, activities, marketing efforts, and pricing.<\/li>\n<li>Determine customer viability and potential for new business.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Business Development and Sales<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure the Company remains compliant with applicable regulations as a pump manufacturer.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet corporate goals.<\/li>\n<li>Create budgets for sales activities.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, external consultants, engineers, and distributors.<\/li>\n<li>Contact potential customers via email, phone, and in-person sales calls to introduce products, assess interest, provide quotations, and negotiate terms to secure orders.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare for and attend trade shows to engage potential customers, introduce company products, and follow up via email and phone sales calls.<\/li>\n<li>Develop advertising, marketing, and presentation materials.<\/li>\n<li>Research, identify, and meet potential customers and after-sales service agents.<\/li>\n<li>Make presentations to consultants and customers with engineering support.<\/li>\n<li>Forecast, prepare, and monitor budgets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Account Management<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Investigate and resolve customer problems.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor distributor accounts receivable and business viability; coordinate activities regarding delinquent accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and evaluate distributor performance; provide direction and guidance for improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee action plans for pump installations.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with customers, distributors, agents, and internal\/external parties on sales activities, project status, and related matters.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Documentation, Contracts, and Reports<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare and submit marketing research, action plans, budgets, cost control plans, sales activity, inventory, and expense reports to the Sales Manager.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and submit monthly project reports to the Sales Manager.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and submit meeting minutes for meetings attended.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and prepare technical documentation targeted to the U.S. market.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and review contracts; identify potential risks in coordination with external attorneys.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze and provide recommendations regarding product liability risk.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Other &amp; Miscellaneous<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Seek continuous improvement; identify more efficient and cost-effective work methods.<\/li>\n<li>Perform special projects and other duties as assigned by management.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain high ethical standards in the workplace.<\/li>\n<li>Report irregular issues and problems to supervisors for resolution.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain effective communication with supervisors, staff, and external contacts.<\/li>\n<li>Comply with all company policies and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a clean and safe work area.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr>\n<\/hr>\n<h2>Job Dimensions<\/h2>\n<h3>Skills, Knowledge &amp; Work Experience<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree (B.S.) in a related field from a four-year college or university, <strong>or<\/strong> an equivalent combination of education and experience.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum <strong>2\u20133 years<\/strong> of related experience and\/or training.<\/li>\n<li>Must have <strong>2\u20133 years of previous experience<\/strong> in a similar position.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr>\n<\/hr>\n<h2>Tools &amp;
