Job Type:<\/strong> Full-Time M-Th 6am-4pm (4 day work week)<\/p>\n

Salary:<\/strong> Up to $95,000 annually, commensurate with experience<\/p>\n

Job Summary<\/strong><\/h2>\n

We are seeking a results-driven Industrial Engineer<\/strong> to optimize production systems, improve manufacturing processes, and support lean initiatives in our golf club manufacturing facility<\/strong>. The ideal candidate will have experience in discrete manufacturing, strong analytical skills, and a passion for golf to drive efficiency and quality improvements in a high-performance environment.<\/p>\n

\n<\/hr>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h2>\n
    \n
  • Analyze and optimize manufacturing workflows and assembly line configurations for various golf club product lines (drivers, irons, putters, etc.).<\/li>\n
  • Implement Lean Manufacturing<\/strong> and Six Sigma<\/strong> techniques to reduce waste, improve quality, and increase throughput.<\/li>\n
  • Conduct time and motion studies<\/strong> to set labor standards and identify productivity improvements.<\/li>\n
  • Lead Kaizen events<\/strong>, 5S programs<\/strong>, and process standardization<\/strong> initiatives.<\/li>\n
  • Collaborate with product design, quality, and operations teams to enhance design for manufacturability (DFM)<\/strong> and ease of assembly.<\/li>\n
  • Monitor and report production KPIs<\/strong>, including cycle time, OEE, downtime, scrap rate, quality, and line utilization.<\/li>\n
  • Develop and maintain accurate work instructions, standard operating procedures<\/strong>, and process documentation.<\/li>\n
  • Evaluate and justify investments in equipment, tooling, and automation<\/strong> for ROI and efficiency.<\/li>\n
  • Support new product introduction (NPI)<\/strong> by designing scalable, repeatable, and cost-effective production processes.<\/li>\n
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards,<\/strong> and environmental requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
    \n<\/hr>\n

    Qualifications<\/strong><\/h2>\n
      \n
    • Bachelor\u2019s degree<\/strong> in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.<\/li>\n
    • 3+ years<\/strong> of experience in a manufacturing or production engineering environment; experience with golf equipment or discrete assembly is a plus.<\/li>\n
    • Proficiency in Lean principles, value stream mapping,<\/strong> and process optimization.<\/li>\n
    • Experience with CAD<\/strong>, ERP\/MRP systems<\/strong>, and data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.).<\/li>\n
    • Strong communication<\/strong> and cross-functional collaboration<\/strong> skills.<\/li>\n
    • Analytical and hands-on approach with a focus on results<\/strong> and continuous improvement<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
      \n<\/hr>\n

      Preferred Qualifications<\/strong><\/h2>\n
        \n
      • Six Sigma Green Belt<\/strong> or higher certification.<\/li>\n
      • Experience with automation or CNC machining<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
      • Familiarity with golf club production processes<\/strong> (e.g., shaft bonding, club head finishing, swingweight calibration).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
