HR Manager (HR Operations Focused)<\/strong><\/h2>\n

    Position Summary<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    We are seeking an\u00a0HR Manager<\/strong>\u00a0with a strong focus on\u00a0HR operations and employee lifecycle execution<\/strong>, rather than recruitment-heavy responsibilities. This role is ideal for someone who can\u00a0independently run day-to-day HR operations<\/strong>, ensure compliance, and improve internal HR processes.<\/p>\n

    You will serve as the primary HR point of contact locally and collaborate with the HR team meaning you will have a partner for consultation and coordination\u2014but must be capable of handling core HR operations autonomously.<\/p>\n

    Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    HR Operations & Administration<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Manage end-to-end HR operations, ensuring accuracy and smooth execution across employee processes<\/li>\n
    • Maintain employee documentation and ensure secure, compliant HR recordkeeping<\/li>\n
    • Oversee benefits administration and related paperwork (enrollment, changes, documentation)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Employee Relations & Labor Management<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      • Manage labor and workplace-related matters, ensuring appropriate policy application and risk mitigation<\/li>\n
      • Support employee communications and issue resolution as needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Compliance & Policy Execution<\/strong><\/p>\n

          \n
        • Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, internal policies, and procedures<\/li>\n
        • Support audits, reporting requirements, and compliance documentation<\/li>\n
        • Maintain and improve compliance processes across HR operations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Payroll & HR Systems Management<\/strong><\/p>\n

            \n
          • Support payroll administration and ensure accurate HR inputs<\/li>\n
          • Manage HR systems and data integrity, including updates, audits, and reporting<\/li>\n
          • Serve as a key user and operational owner of HR systems, including ADP Workforce Now<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Performance Management & Evaluation Process Support<\/strong><\/p>\n

              \n
            • Own evaluation logistics, timelines, documentation, and process coordination<\/li>\n
            • Improve structure and execution of the performance management cycle<\/li>\n
            • Provide operational ownership in areas currently lacking dedicated HR support<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              Cross-Functional & External Collaboration<\/strong><\/p>\n

                \n
              • Coordinate with HR partners as needed<\/li>\n
              • Support internal stakeholders with operational HR guidance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
                \n<\/hr>\n

                Required Qualifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n
                  \n
                • 5+ years of HR experience<\/strong>, with a strong focus on HR operations<\/li>\n
                • Proven ability to\u00a0independently manage HR functions<\/strong>\u00a0in a hands-on environment<\/li>\n
                • Experience using ADP Workforce Now<\/strong>\u00a0(required)<\/li>\n
                • Fluent in English<\/strong>\u00a0(spoken and written)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
                  \n<\/hr>\n

                  Preferred Qualifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n
                    \n
                  • Japanese and\/or Spanish language skills<\/li>\n
                  • Experience supporting\u00a0global or multinational HR environments<\/strong><\/li>\n
                  • Experience working with\u00a0Japanese companies or Japan-based stakeholders<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
