Acting as the primary on-site representative, this role manages daily construction activities, coordinates contractors and suppliers, reviews drawings and progress, and resolves field issues to ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<\/hr>\n<h3>Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<p><strong>On-Site Construction Management (Primary Focus)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage daily on-site construction activities for water treatment systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, project specifications, and schedules.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate site setup, temporary facilities, and safety equipment in accordance with regulatory and client requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Plan and manage delivery, staging, and installation of SKID units, equipment, and materials based on drawings and site conditions.<\/li>\n<li>Serve as the primary point of contact for contractors and partner companies; proactively identify and resolve field issues.<\/li>\n<li>Track construction progress against the schedule and work with contractors to implement recovery plans when delays occur.<\/li>\n<li>Verify construction work aligns with approved P&amp;ID, piping, and layout drawings and specified materials.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate construction documentation and consolidate contractor records.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in client and construction coordination meetings and incorporate requirements into site execution.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Reporting, Safety &amp; Continuous Improvement<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare concise weekly progress reports highlighting status, risks, and corrective actions.<\/li>\n<li>Escalate safety concerns, schedule impacts, cost risks, or unforeseen site conditions promptly to management.<\/li>\n<li>Promote continuous improvement in site execution, safety practices, and cost efficiency.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain high ethical standards, clear communication, and a safe, organized job site.<\/li>\n<li>Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr>\n<\/hr>\n<h3>Qualifications<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Experience &amp; Education<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years of on-site construction management experience in water treatment, industrial facilities, or large-scale piping projects.<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Technical &amp; Software Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to read, interpret, and work from construction and engineering drawings (P&amp;ID, piping, layout).<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of AutoCAD, BIM, or similar tools for drawing review and issue resolution (no drafting required).<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with MS Office; MS Project experience preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Certifications &amp; Licensing<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Valid Driver\u2019s License required<\/li>\n<li>OSHA 30-Hour (Construction) and OSHA 510 required or willingness to obtain<\/li>\n<li>EIT preferred<\/li>\n<li>EHS certifications (ASP or CSP) preferred; CSP strongly preferred<\/li>\n<li>Specialized safety training (HAZWOPER, NFPA 70E, etc.) preferred<\/li>\n<li>Preferred: Familiarity with Arizona ROC B-1 General Commercial Contractor requirements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Other Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Authorization to work in the United States<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work full-time on-site and travel as required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr>\n<\/hr>\n<h3>Work Environment &amp; Physical Requirements<\/h3>\n<p>This role is primarily site-based and may involve exposure to outdoor conditions, industrial equipment, and construction environments. Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds, walking, standing, and visual review of technical documents are required.
