{"id":23493,"date":"2025-12-18T23:43:59","date_gmt":"2025-12-18T23:43:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pasona.aukrim.net\/job\/account-manager\/"},"modified":"2026-02-24T22:59:29","modified_gmt":"2026-02-24T22:59:29","slug":"000669","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/pasona.demoseek.us\/en\/job\/000669\/","title":{"rendered":"Account Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Job Title: Account Manager<\/p>\n<p>Department: Regional Sales<\/p>\n<p>Reports To: Director of Sales<\/p>\n<p>FLSA Status: Exempt<\/p>\n<p>Location\uff1aBoise, Idaho<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>SUMMARY:<\/p>\n<p>The primary responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, providing<\/p>\n<p>overall sales support for a specific region of the company&#039;s Regional Sales Division, as well as<\/p>\n<p>general support for all other company&#039;s divisions.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Responsible for managing all regional accounts for Wafer Prober, Dicer, PG, CMP and Grinder<\/p>\n<p>Machines.<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Report to and perform all sales related tasks as directed by Sales Management<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Identifying and developing new customer accounts within assigned territory<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Identifying and qualifying worldwide sales opportunities within accounts<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Negotiate pricing and terms with customer, including bulk purchase agreements and other legal<\/p>\n<p>contracts<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Developing comprehensive sales strategies to win business<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Coordinate customer visits with technical center and factory personnel<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Coordinate customer demos and benchmark activity<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Communicate with existing and potential customers regarding current and future sales<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Follow-up on system deliveries, customer issues and new enhancement requests<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Coordinate with Customer Support personnel to ensure proper customer service<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Participate in tradeshow activities<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Maintain a Customer Database<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Report Sales activities and forecasts<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Determine and quote system configurations to customers<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Communicate with Accretech Japan regarding all sales activities and coordinate this information with<\/p>\n<p>appropriate engineering personnel in the U.S. and Japan<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Travel as required<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 All other duties as required<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: N\/A<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>QUALIFICATIONS:<\/p>\n<p>his position requires complicated technological knowledge and requires tasks<\/p>\n<p>involving significant use of discretion and independent judgment. To perform this job successfully, an<\/p>\n<p>individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are<\/p>\n<p>representative of the knowledge, skill, and\/or ability required. Reasonable accommodation may be made<\/p>\n<p>to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>EDUCATION and\/or EXPERIENCE:<\/p>\n<p>7 Years + of extensive sales (capital sales preferred) and<\/p>\n<p>account management experience required; BS in Business or Technical field, and\/or technical degree.<\/p>\n<p>Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other computer software<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>LANGUAGE SKILLS: English language ability. Excellent written and oral communication skills<\/p>\n<p>required.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:<\/p>\n<p>Good mathematical ability required.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>REASONING ABILITY:<\/p>\n<p>Excellent analytical ability and strong capability to make sound judgments.<\/p>\n<p>Able to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Able to develop and<\/p>\n<p>effectively execute sales strategies.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: N\/A<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>PHYSICAL DEMANDS:<\/p>\n<p>Sitting for extended periods of time. Lifting files and other documents<\/p>\n<p>weighing up to approximately ten pounds.
