Position Summary:<\/span><\/h1>\n

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Investment Associate with approximately 1-5 years of experience in private equity fund investments. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the full investment lifecycle, including fund sourcing, due diligence, and investment committee presentations. The role also includes assisting in the monitoring and management of private equity FoFs, coordinating with external advisors. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for working effectively with internal teams, external stakeholders, and investors.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/span><\/h1>\n

1.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Fund Sourcing & Pipeline Listing<\/span><\/h2>\n

\u00b7<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Identify prospective general partners (GPs) and their private equity funds for potential investments, leveraging proprietary sources, sub-advisors\u2019 recommendations, and external databases.<\/em><\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Engage directly with GPs and placement agents to obtain fund updates and cultivate relationships with them (including with existing investee GPs via regular follow-up meetings and annual general meetings).<\/em><\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Identify and include attractive prospective investment funds in the pipeline list, prepare brief summaries, and share with internal team members.<\/em><\/p>\n

2.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Fund Investment Due Diligence & Execution<\/span><\/h2>\n

\u00b7<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Conduct comprehensive due diligence on private equity fund managers, including strategy evaluation, track record analysis, organizational structure, and alignment of interests.<\/em><\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Analyze fund terms, legal documentation, and fee structures, occasionally in collaboration with sub- advisors and external legal counsels.<\/em><\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Monitor ongoing performance of fund investments, including capital calls, distributions, NAV updates, and quarterly reports.<\/em><\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Maintain and update portfolio tracking tools and databases to ensure accurate and timely reporting.<\/em><\/p>\n

Qualifications:<\/span><\/h1>\n

Education & Experience<\/span><\/h2>\n

\u00b7<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or Master\u2019s degree preferred.<\/em><\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Approximately 1-5 years of experience in private equity fund investment.<\/em><\/p>\n

Compensation:<\/span><\/h1>\n

The expected annual base salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $130,000<\/u> <\/strong>It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus based on qualitative and quantitative performance factors.<\/p>\n
