Required Qualifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Experience in technical sales, project management, or manufacturing-related roles<\/li>\n
  • Strong technical background with ability to read and understand engineering drawings<\/li>\n
  • Ability to deliver professional customer presentations and proposals<\/li>\n
  • Familiarity with a wide range of manufacturing processes (e.g., CNC machining, post-processing)<\/li>\n
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n
  • Comfortable coordinating with suppliers and customers domestically and internationally<\/li>\n
  • Ability to work flexible hours within a general 8:00am\u20135:00pm schedule<\/li>\n
  • Minimal travel required; primarily local and day trips only<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Preferred Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Japanese language proficiency strongly preferred (Chinese language skills a plus)<\/li>\n
    • Experience working with Japanese-affiliated manufacturers or suppliers<\/li>\n
    • CAD or 3D modeling familiarity<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
      \n<\/hr>\n

      Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n
        \n
      • Generate new business leads and develop customer relationships<\/li>\n
      • Work with customers to clarify technical challenges, project scope, and requirements<\/li>\n
      • Identify, evaluate, and select suitable suppliers for turnkey projects and contract manufacturing<\/li>\n
      • Develop RFQs, manage proposal creation, and present final solutions to customers<\/li>\n
      • Represent the customer\u2019s perspective during supplier design and development phases<\/li>\n
      • Oversee order execution, delivery coordination, and installation support as needed<\/li>\n
      • Support ad-hoc sourcing requests and manage quotation through delivery processes<\/li>\n
      • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure customer satisfaction<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
