We are seeking a passionate and experienced Assistant Manager who can lead by example and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role functions as the right hand to the General Manager and plays a vital part in driving sales, supporting staff, and maintaining the premium in-store experience our customers expect.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Leadership &amp; Operations<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as the acting manager when the General Manager is away<\/li>\n<li>Oversee daily operations including store opening and closing (Key Holder duties)<\/li>\n<li>Maintain cash drawers, calculate daily deposits, and oversee register functionality<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and manage staff work shifts<\/li>\n<li>Ensure merchandise is regularly replenished and mannequins are kept updated<\/li>\n<li>Assist in floor and visual merchandising under the direction of the Buyer and General Manager<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Customer Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide exceptional customer service and promptly resolve any customer concerns or complaints<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, cultivating a loyal customer base<\/li>\n<li>Handle in-store conflict resolution and escalate personnel issues to HR or senior management when necessary<\/li>\n<li>Sales &amp; Product Expertise<\/li>\n<li>Lead by example with strong selling skills that inspire and guide the Sales Stylists<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and communicate individual sales goals and provide coaching to support performance<\/li>\n<li>Maintain deep knowledge and enthusiasm for our designers and seasonal collections<\/li>\n<li>Loss Prevention &amp; Inventory<\/li>\n<li>Be vigilant on the sales floor to minimize loss prevention risks<\/li>\n<li>Organize and execute semi-annual inventory counts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fluency in Japanese and English (both written and verbal) is required.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in luxury retail, preferably in apparel<\/li>\n<li>Proactive, positive, and adaptable attitude<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Highly organized with great attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work on your feet for extended periods (up to four hours)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Physically able to:<\/p>\n<p>Reach, bend, lift (up to 15 lbs)<\/p>\n<p>Move rolling clothing racks (up to 30 lbs)<\/p>\n<p>Use stairs as needed<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>To apply, please send resume to tsakiyama@pasona.com<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"info@aukrim.com","_company_name":"","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[],"job-types":[],"class_list":["post-23454","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>Assistant Manager - Japanese Bilingual - Pasona N A, Inc. | Your Career Partner<\/title>\n<meta name=\"robots\" content=\"index, follow, max-snippet:-1, max-image-preview:large, max-video-preview:-1\" \/>\n<link rel=\"canonical\" href=\"https:\/\/pasona.demoseek.us\/en\/job\/061230\/\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:locale\" content=\"en_US\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:type\" content=\"article\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:title\" content=\"Assistant Manager - Japanese Bilingual - Pasona N A, Inc. | Your Career Partner\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:description\" content=\"Join our team in Hawaii and become part of a brand known for its curated fashion and exceptional customer service.
