The successful candidate will be responsible for driving market analysis, developing business plans, and providing data-driven insights that contribute to long-term organizational objectives. This role offers the opportunity to work cross-functionally, influence key business decisions, and support the execution of strategic initiatives within a dynamic and evolving industry.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential risks.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement strategic business plans including financial projections, long-term growth strategies, and operational initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze sales reports, financial statements, KPIs and other performance metrics to evaluate progress and drive recommendations.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Marketing, Operations, etc.) to gather insights and align business strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and present business cases, detailed forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to anticipate market changes.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies and propose adjustments as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate strategic planning sessions, workshops, and discussions with stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field is an asset.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 3 years of experience in business planning, business analysis, or a related strategic role.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience with strategic planning, financial modeling, and data-driven decision-making.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical thinking with the ability to research and interpret complex data.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Excel or other analytical tools is an asset.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.<\/li>\n<li>A strategic mindset with a proactive \u201cgo-getter\u201d attitude and a desire to drive business results.<\/li>\n<li>Japanese language skills or experience working with Japanese companies is an asset.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What We Offer<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contract role with potential to transition into a permanent position<\/li>\n<li>Health &amp; Dental Benefits<\/li>\n<li>Paid Time Off<\/li>\n<li>Extensive training<\/li>\n<li>Great opportunity for career growth into a higher-responsibility strategic role.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>We thank all applicants in advance for their interest.
