About the Role<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The General Manager oversees all administrative, finance, HR, and general affairs operations<\/strong> for the Santa Ana office. This role ensures organizational efficiency, leads administrative initiatives, and acts as a key liaison with the Japan headquarters, external accounting\/payroll partners, and internal teams.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Finance<\/strong><\/h4>\n
    \n
  • Oversee accounting operations and monthly\/annual closing<\/li>\n
  • Manage A\/R, A\/P (daily), payroll processing (biweekly), and cash flow<\/li>\n
  • Prepare reports for HQ and monitor budget vs. actuals<\/li>\n
  • Evaluate business performance and manage personnel-related expenses<\/li>\n
  • Coordinate with external accounting and payroll firms<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Human Resources<\/strong><\/h4>\n
      \n
    • Lead organizational improvement and workforce planning<\/li>\n
    • Manage staffing changes and personnel transfers<\/li>\n
    • Conduct performance evaluations<\/li>\n
    • Maintain compensation structures, salary tables, and attendance records<\/li>\n
    • Ensure compliance with federal & state training requirements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      General Affairs<\/strong><\/h4>\n
        \n
      • Establish and enforce internal rules and policies<\/li>\n
      • Communicate company directives across the organization<\/li>\n
      • Manage office assets and administrative support functions<\/li>\n
      • Oversee compliance practices<\/li>\n
      • Provide oversight for Inside Sales activities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Qualifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n
          \n
        • Japanese bilingual –\u00a0\u00a0professional fluency required<\/strong><\/li>\n
        • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field<\/li>\n
        • U.S. corporate administrative management experience<\/li>\n
        • Strong leadership, communication, and time-management skills<\/li>\n
        • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment<\/li>\n
        • Willingness to travel domestically and occasional international trips<\/li>\n
