Direct hire<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Location: Houston, TX<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Salary: up to 100K (DOE)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022Prospecting and soliciting new business and drive customer acquisition for the company.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022Qualify prospects against company criteria for ideal customers and sales.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022Understanding and clear articulation of the company&#039;s value proposition, key differentiators and competitive positioning to prospects including C-level executives.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022Identify and qualify business opportunities to sell product and service-based IT solutions.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022Cultivate long-term relationships and build trust with C-level executives and key decision makers.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022Leverage industry trends and come up with compelling value propositions to address client&#039;s needs, wants and desires.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022Proactively manage day-to-day client needs, reporting progress to Director of Sales, and identifying new business opportunities across the client&#039;s full range of operations.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022Stay up to date on the latest technology initiatives and solutions.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022Complex enterprise network accounts involving Network infrastructure, network design and custom applications.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022Carrying out consultative selling, account planning and account Management with a strong emphasis on customer service.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022Synthesizing abstract concepts into solutions.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022Working closely with Project Management and Operations in pre-sale and post-sale activities.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022Provide timely and accurate sales forecasting information and periodically perform pipeline health management to reflect the realistic opportunity workload and value<\/p>\n<p>\u2022Focus on target attainment and conduct all necessary activities required to meet sales targets<\/p>\n<p>\u2022Be a positive representative of the company and its brand in the marketplace<\/p>\n<p>\u2022Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022Must have in depth understanding and passion about the network and ICT business and previous working background.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022Minimum of 5 years&#039; experience selling ICT services and products would be a plus<\/p>\n<p>\u2022Having an established client base in Houston and surrounding area a plus.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022Must have strong knowledge of network security, zero trust solutions, cloud services, managed services, IoT\/DX solutions and a willingness to learn emerging technologies.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022You are a team player who will inspire confidence among the company&#039;s executive leadership team, colleagues and client partners.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022Strong presentation, communication, organization, and time management skills; You are comfortable at presenting ideas to large groups.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022Solid problem solving and consultative solutions-selling skills.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022Self-driven, motivated and results oriented.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022Excellent written and verbal communication skills<\/p>\n<p>\u2022Technical aptitude and knowledge is important along with the ability to translate the complexities.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022Excellent time management and organizational skills<\/p>\n<p>\u2022Prior experience in maintaining successful \/ ongoing business partner relationships with customer base<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Additional Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022Minimum of Bachelor&#039;s degree &#8211;
